Job summary

Progressive is seeking two Workday leaders to join our strategic Workday team, focusing on Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Compensation. These roles emphasize depth in multiple modules and strong leadership partnering with HR and technology stakeholders.

Both positions are remote with occasional travel to an office for meetings or training. Ideal candidates combine hands-on Workday knowledge with proven leadership and the ability to deliver impactful business solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in business systems or 6+ years with bachelor+ and 2+ years leadership
• Experience in leading system consultants and partnering with HR/technology stakeholders
• Strong functional depth in two or more Workday modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation)

Responsibilities

• Oversee support for Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation.
• Lead and mentor Workday team members to deliver solutions.
• Partner with HR and technology stakeholders to implement and optimize Workday configurations.
