The HCM Manager will oversee delivery for their team and serve as a hands-on lead consultant in HCM Core and at least one other module, managing up to 10 direct reports and guiding design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Workday HCM lead/partner consultant at a partner firm.
• Experience leading multiple Workday Phase 1 and Phase X implementations.
• Strong communication and ability to advise on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 direct reports on the Workday HCM team and lead across client engagements.
• Translate client requirements into design, configuration, and prototyping; support testing and go-live.
• Act as SME for multiple SKUs; support Sales with demos and LOEs.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive delivery and annual events.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to align status, communication, and delivery.
• Stay current on Workday enhancements and industry trends; apply AI to improve outcomes.
