ERPA is seeking an experienced HCM Manager to lead the Workday HCM team across multiple client engagements in the United States. You will be a hands‑on senior consultant, guiding design, configuration, testing, and go‑live while mentoring staff and driving innovation.
In this role you will manage up to 10 direct reports, provide SME support for SKUs, and collaborate with sales on LOEs and demos. Strong communications and implementer‑level Workday certifications are required.

The HCM Manager will oversee delivery for their team, ensuring successful implementation and post‑production support, while also serving as a hands‑on lead consultant in HCM Core and at least one additional module, such as Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, PEX, or Learning. As the HCM Manager, you should be comfortable troubleshooting and/or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice, and we’re looking for an innovative, strategic leader with the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.
