Qualifications

Workday Advanced Compensation expertise and leading multiple client engagements independently.
Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Phase X implementations.
Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide consulting on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
Guide design, configuration, prototype, testing, and production activities.
Support clients during Annual Events (Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA).
Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment.
