Job summary

ERPA is a client-focused technology services firm specializing in Workday implementations for higher education and government sectors. We help optimize Workday environments, provide AMS and Phase X services, analytics, and ongoing support for diverse clients.

As an Associate Workday Engagement Manager, you will support Engagement Managers, contribute to project delivery across multiple engagements, and drive innovation to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner.
• Experience managing Workday projects for higher education/public sector clients preferred.
• Active Workday EM/PM certification required.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience using Smartsheet for project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive in aligning with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a culture champion for ERPA's core values (Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, Agility).
• Be the key connection between our consultants and the client.
• Support multiple Workday engagements concurrently.
• Ensure projects stay within defined scope of Statement of Work (SOW) and meet milestones and budget targets.
• Gauge and report project health and monitor risks, issues, and escalations.
• Assist with status updates and managing governance for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Assist with work assignments and resource management for AMS and Phase X engagements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and customers are referenceable.
