NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Specialist – HCM & Integrations to lead Workday HCM, integrations, security, and reporting.

You will apply deep Workday expertise and collaborate with HR, IT, payroll and vendors to deliver scalable HR technology solutions. This remote role includes a monthly stipend for remote work, base salary range $116,400–$140,000, annual bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and a strong commitment to data privacy and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration with design and testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, reporting, and tenant management.
• Experience with security and data governance in HR systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday HCM, security, reporting and integrations expert with best-practice configuration.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM processes, security, reporting and analytics.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT, Studio and DT.
• Design and maintain custom outbound reports and RaaS data sources for downstream systems.
• Maintain integration reliability through monitoring, alerting, error handling and regression testing.
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards with complex calculated fields.
• Create and manage Workday security groups and policy configurations for privacy compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities across lifecycle workflows, data governance, security and compliance.
• Lead test planning, documentation, user enablement and continuous improvement across HRIS.
