NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Specialist – HCM & Integrations to administer and lead Workday HCM, integrations, security, and reporting. The role blends technical expertise with stakeholder management to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The candidate will configure Workday, build integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and ensure data privacy and compliance. This is a remote role with a monthly stipend for remote work.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with Workday HCM.
• Hands-on Workday integration experience (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, REST/SOAP).
• Experience with security, reporting, and production support in HR systems.

• Serve as Workday HCM, security, reporting and integrations expert.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM processes, security, reporting, analytics.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations and reports.
• Maintain integration reliability via monitoring, testing, and support.
• Lead test planning, documentation, and user enablement across HRIS.
