Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist – HCM & Integrations to administer Workday HCM, security, reporting, and integrations.

You will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, Studio, and DT, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on Workday HCM configuration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday HCM, security, reporting and integrations expert, ensuring platform stability and best-practice configuration.
