Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional Senior Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology team in the United States. You will lead Workday implementations, translate business requirements into functional designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for Fortune 500 and other clients.

The role requires 4+ years of Workday HCM experience, knowledge of core modules, and the ability to travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or HRIS projects.
• 3+ years leading workstreams in Workday with knowledge across HCM modules.
• Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
• Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work. A successful candidate would possess these skills:
