Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional Senior Consultant to lead Workday HCM implementations and optimizations within the HR Strategy & Technology team. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and coordinate testing, deployment, and stabilization.

The role requires 4+ years in Workday HCM, knowledge across modules, and the ability to travel about 50%. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations.
• 3+ years leading Workday workstreams across modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
• Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
