Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional Senior Consultant to join the HR Strategy & Technology team. You will lead Workday implementations, gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Required: 4+ years in Workday HCM, experience leading workstreams, ability to travel 50%, and US work authorization. Preferred: Workday certifications and Fortune 500 consulting experience. Recruiting ends 06/11/2027.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or equivalent HRIS.
3+ years leading workstreams in Workday implementations across HCM modules.
Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
