Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional Senior Consultant to lead Workday HR transformations and implementations for clients. The role involves translating requirements into configurations and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations.
• 3+ years leading workstreams in Workday with modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Talent.
• Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
• Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
