Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional Senior Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology team in the United States. You will lead Workday implementations, translate business requirements into functional designs, and collaborate with clients to shape scope and deliverables.

This role requires 4+ years in Workday HCM, strong project leadership, and ability to travel up to 50%. Deloitte offers a discretionary annual incentive program and opportunities to work with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or equivalent HRIS.
• 3+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations across HCM modules.
• Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
• Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
