MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Melon Park, CA, seeks a Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant for an 18-month engagement to lead hands-on Workday Core HCM work including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job and Termination.

The role requires deep knowledge of Workday security, advanced reporting, and integrations, with emphasis on security, calculated fields, and lifecycle alignment across organizations. Travel and onboarding will be discussed.

Formación

• Hands-on Workday Core HCM experience: Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination.
• Ability to design and configure complex Workday business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, and notifications.
• Strong understanding of Workday security (domain, RBAC, organization-based access).
• Experience creating calculated fields and advanced Workday reports.
• Understanding of Core HCM connects with organizations, staffing, and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.

Responsabilidades

• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
