Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist in California with hands-on experience in Core HCM processes such as Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination. The role involves designing and configuring complex Workday business processes, including steps, approvals, validations, and notifications, and ensuring robust security controls and access management.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Experience designing and configuring complex Workday business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security (domain, role-based, organization-based access; segment-based security).
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports (including complex/Metrix reports).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Workday business processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Configure security and access controls for Workday users and organizations.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields; support integrations where needed.

Job description

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
