Robotic Technologies Automation in Menlo Park, CA, seeks a hands-on Workday Core HCM expert to lead lifecycle processes such as Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination, and to design complex business processes from the ground up.

The role requires deep knowledge of Workday security, including domain and role-based access, and the ability to create calculated fields and advanced Workday reports; familiarity with integrations is a plus.

Qualificações

• Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM modules (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Experience designing complex business processes with steps, approvals, validations, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security (domain, role-based, organization-based).
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports (including Metrix reports).
• Familiarity with Workday Absence/Time Tracking and integrations security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Core HCM processes from inception to production.
• Design and validate complex business processes with conditional logic and approvals.
• Manage security roles and access to sensitive HR data across the organization.
• Develop calculated fields and sophisticated reports to meet governance and analytics needs.
• Assist with Workday integrations and ensure secure connectivity with external systems.
