Job summary

Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday consultant in New York with 6+ years of Workday Business Process, Reporting and configurations experience. The ideal candidate has Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area such as Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent, and strong project management skills.

You will own the solution end-to-end, manage shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and coordinate multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Workday Business Process, Workday Reporting and/or configurations experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent
• Solid project management skills that will help you track upcoming, ongoing, and past work product
• You are currently looking to take ownership of a system rather than handing off the solution to the client at the end
• You can understand shifting priorities, can navigate through ambiguous situations, and can juggle multiple and varied projects simultaneously
• You communicate in written, verbal, social methods effectively, gear messaging towards the target audience and employ strong negotiation and consensus skills as needed
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
