Workday is seeking a Sr. Functional Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Workday HCM reporting and analytics solutions for complex enterprise clients. You will configure, test, and demonstrate Workday capabilities to align with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has deep HCM reporting experience, strong BI tool knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into clear client deliverables. This role offers flexible work options and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics.
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications.
• Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of Workday product solutions for clients.
• Provide implementation expertise and configure/test Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
• Demonstrate Workday capabilities through product demonstrations and enablement programs.
