Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday configuration in multi-module environments.
• Experience configuring Core HCM plus two secondary modules (Recruiting, Compensation, or Talent & Performance).
• Strong BP framework, rules, and notifications.
• Translate HR policies into Workday setups with practical applicability.
• Proficient in calculated fields for business logic.
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, and release readiness.
• Able to work in an Agile environment with HR stakeholders.
• Absence and Time modules experience prioritized.
• Support work beyond Absence and improve delivery processes.
• Involvement in interviews/evaluation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery sessions with HR process owners to capture user stories and requirements and translate them into Workday specifications.
• Design, configure, and maintain business processes, validation rules, condition rules, and custom notifications across Core HCM and multiple modules.
• Evaluate tenant configuration across HR streams to eliminate friction and ensure consistent practices.
• Drive release readiness with test scenarios, UAT, and regression testing during Workday updates.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional tickets within Agile sprint cycles.
