Job summary

SQA Group's client in the Greater Boston area seeks a Principal Workday HCM Analyst to lead hands-on Workday HCM configuration, security, and reporting initiatives. You will manage business processes, security roles, and large data loads while partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to drive accurate HR operations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work onsite in the Boston area 3–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday HCM.
• Configures, administers, troubleshoots Workday HCM and related configurations.
• Expertise in security groups, domain and Business Process security, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, administering, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday HCM.
• Business Process configuration, routing, approvals, and notifications.
• Security administration and role-based access management.
• EIBs and mass employee transactions (hires, terminations, job, organization, and compensation changes).
• Advanced reporting, dashboards, alerts, and data reconciliation.
• Release testing and impact assessment.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
