Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks an experienced Workday Business Analyst to analyze, configure, and support the Workday platform for HCM and related processes. You will gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and mentor junior analysts as SME.

Local candidates strongly preferred; 1–2 days onsite may be required for meetings. The role involves stakeholder engagement, testing, and system implementation support within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of business analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR or finance processes is a plus.
• Proficient in BPMN, SWOT, and other BA tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and support Workday to optimize HCM and related processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements.
• Configure Payroll and other modules to meet business needs.
• Create reports and dashboards for business insight using BI tools.
• Develop test plans and validate system updates.
• Mentor junior analysts and act as SME on Workday.
