Qualifications

• 8+ years HRIS with hands-on Workday HCM expertise.
• Independent configuration, administration, and support of Workday.
• Advanced Workday Business Process configuration.
• Strong analytical and data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Workday HCM SME and escalation point for complex system issues.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday HCM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and optimize Workday Business Processes and security.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and alerts.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
• Review Workday releases and assess impact.
• Develop automation opportunities for manual processes.
• Maintain configuration documentation and governance.
