Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is partnering with a growing franchise organization to hire a Senior HR Technology Analyst focused on Workday. The role offers broad, hands-on exposure to configuration, reporting, analytics, testing, releases, implementations, and process improvement in a hybrid Leawood, KS environment.

You will lead Workday HCM configuration, build reports and dashboards, support releases, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Workday/HR technology experience.
• Workday HCM expertise required.
• Pro certification helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytics for HR and business decisions.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases and participate in module implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Perform data audits, validation, and EIB loads.
• Train end users and maintain system documentation and job aids.
