CLA is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join the People Solutions team in Minnesota, focusing on benefits and leave of absence features within Workday. You will optimize processing, implement enhancements, and collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to achieve business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in HCM, with strong Workday Benefits/Absence experience, plus excellent communication and project-management skills. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR/IT/Business Admin preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of HCM experience with emphasis on Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Experience in implementing or optimizing Workday benefits/absence features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Configure, implement and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Continuously optimize benefits and leave features to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and leaders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Generate and analyze reports on benefits and leave, providing insights for decisions.
• Lead benefits and leave-related projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for Benefits and Absence features.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide support for other Workday areas as needed (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
