Job summary

BlackLine, Inc. is seeking a Sr. People Systems Analyst to optimize and maintain Workday HCM, focusing on Absence and Benefits modules. You will manage data feeds, integrations, and reporting to support HR goals while collaborating with HR and IT teams.

The role requires a Workday expert capable of proactive enhancements, cross-country data compliance, and training others on updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, including security, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Absence and Workday Benefits modules.
• Strong skills in Workday report-writing tools.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday SME for system projects and upgrades.
• Manage and optimize Absence and Benefits modules; configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Own and troubleshoot data feeds for benefits carriers and manage connectors for cross-system functionality and SSO.
• Design, create, and run advanced reports and analytics from Workday and other systems.
• Educate HR on updates, new functionalities, and best practices.
