Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Implementation Consultant to lead Workday Financial Management deployments for healthcare organizations. You will collaborate with sales, project management, product, and consultants to deliver impactful financial solutions and ensure deployment success.

You will work with a diverse team, applying industry knowledge and latest deployment and AI tools to transform healthcare financial operations and drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• P4 Senior Consultant: 5+ years of implementation or functional experience with Workday Financial Management software solutions and 5+ years of consulting experience.
• P5 Principal Consultant: 7+ years of implementation or functional experience with Workday Financial Management software solutions and 7+ years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and help maintain healthcare standard practices reflecting new industry requirements and trends.
• Determine customer requirements and design and build tailored Workday financial solutions.
• Demonstrate the designed solutions to key stakeholders throughout deployment lifecycle, guiding and supporting customer testing.
• Participate in updated training and other events to share product and industry skills with other consultants.
• Partner with project management by providing status reports and keeping them informed of overall project status.
• Participate in customer prospect discovery sessions.
• Mentor less experienced consultants.
