Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant with Financial Management/ERP expertise to join our Professional Services Industry-focused Solution Consulting team. You will lead discovery calls, develop solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations for prospective customers in the PS finance space.

As part of the PBS finance experts, you will articulate the value of Workday Financials and PS solutions, collaborate with a cross-functional sales team, and showcase a single system-of-record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive financial domain expertise.
• 4+ years with core accounting concepts (GL/AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• 4+ years with cloud-based financial management applications (Workday, Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Zuora, SAP, Oracle).
• 5+ years in a cloud-based Solution Consulting professional role.
• Experience in financial management within Professional and Business Services.
• Experience selling and working with AI tools and AI GTM consumption models.
• Ability to work under pressure and cross-functionally.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to influence C-Level executives.
• Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to functional and technical audiences; value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales by resolving questions about our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to qualification of prospects, demo criteria, PoC builds, and closure plans.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives; assist RFIs.
• Ability to travel 50%.
