Qualifications
- Experience with Workday integrations and accounting processes.
- Proficiency with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and XML/XSLT.
- Workday Studio and related tooling experience.
- Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and AI-assisted engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage system integrations within the Workday Financial architecture.
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities in Finance processes.
- Support Workday inbound/outbound integration changes and new builds.
- Lead design sessions and code reviews to raise engineering quality.
- Ensure data integrity and clear technical documentation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Develop AI-enabled monitoring and observability for integrations.
- Collaborate across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
