Job summary

GEICO is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, Workday HCM Integrations and Security to shape the Workday foundation across core HCM, data, integrations, and security.

You will lead engineers, partner with People Group leaders and external vendors, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that strengthen operations and the associate experience. The ideal candidate combines deep Workday expertise with strong leadership, judgment, and the ability to translate business priorities into a clear technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR technology or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading Workday reporting, integrations, security, or Extend apps.
• Deep expertise in Workday security architecture and access management.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
• Proven history leading large, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday integrations, security, and data capabilities end-to-end.
• Establish standards and governance for integrations aligned to strategy.
• Own Workday security strategy, access governance, and privacy controls.
• Modernize platform capabilities through automation and new tech.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align tech priorities with business goals.
• Translate complex topics into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Guide cross-functional prioritization and risk resolution for initiatives.
• Define metrics for service quality, security, and delivery outcomes.
