Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is looking for a Senior Workday Engineer to support HRIS integrations and Workday configurations. The role involves collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders, leading integration projects, and driving system upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Workday development and strong experience with the core Workday tools, security, and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HR or related field from accredited university.
• 4+ years of development experience, including 3+ years with Workday.
• Experience with Workday in a technical capacity (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• Experience with Workday core tools and integration development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound and outbound integrations with multiple vendors.
• Configure Workday security for authorized access.
• Lead future development activities, including system upgrades and new integrations.
• Coach power users on Workday functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy integration solutions.
• Identify scalable automated solutions and ensure data integrity.
