Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Talent Management to strengthen talent management on the Workday HCM platform. You will design, configure, test, and implement Talent Management solutions, leading technical strategies and collaborating with HR, engineers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

The role emphasizes talent reviews, pools, calibration, internal mobility, and career development, with a focus on scalable, high-quality Workday implementations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.
• Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
• Experience managing annual talent cycles and standalone projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Pools, Calibration, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, and Engineering to deploy solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering learning and best practices.
