Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer for Workday Financial Integrations to design, develop, and support integrations across the Finance ecosystem. You will collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions, leveraging AI-driven automation to boost productivity and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday, APIs, and cloud services, and a passion for staying current with evolving technologies in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and enhancing Workday integrations within Finance workflows.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST) and XML/XSLT.
• Familiarity with Workday development tools (EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer).
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable integrations with AI-assisted automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage system integrations within the Workday Financial architecture.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities in Finance processes and Workday ecosystems.
• Provide support for Workday inbound/outbound integration issues and develop new integrations.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews to improve engineering quality across the team.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through analysis, documentation, and problem resolution.
