Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
- Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, and Talent Optimization.
- Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Provide technical leadership and drive innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and continuous improvement of Workday solutions.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and best practices.
