Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Talent Management to lead configuration, testing, and delivery of talent management solutions within Workday HCM. You will partner with People Group, Workday engineers, and business stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong Workday Talent Management expertise, including talent reviews, calibration, internal mobility, and talent optimization, and will guide technical roadmaps and best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration Events, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, and Talent Optimization.
Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
Experience managing annual talent cycles and standalone projects.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and implementation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Develop technical roadmaps and drive delivery speed.
Mentor and coach engineers to strengthen capabilities.
