Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to oversee the Workday platform across Finance and HR domains in a remote-based role. The candidate will manage security, configurations, data loads, integrations, and upgrades, while coordinating with HR and finance partners to ensure data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Workday ERP experience (FDM exposure) and a Bachelor’s degree, with a proven ability to manage contractors and drive process improvements in a global NGO context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 or more years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors, and vendors.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric systems, with a focus on usability.
• Proven record of clear communication (oral and written) with diverse audiences and a record of producing clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement and Suppliers, Expense Management, Banking and Settlement, Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Projects, Budgeting and Financial Planning.
• Supports in production environment with minimal oversight.
• Performs security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets, responds to daily support requests, and communicates progress to internal customers.
• Creates technical configurations, reports, dashboards, and access rights.
