Ipas is seeking a remote Workday System Administrator to support Finance modules across Procurement, Expenses, Banking, General Ledger, Projects, and Budgeting. You will manage security, configurations, data loads, integrations, and upgrades while coordinating with HR partners to ensure data integrity.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proven Workday ERP expertise. You will engage contractors as needed and drive process improvements in a global NGO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years relevant experience in Workday/ERP environments.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM exposure.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement, Expenses, Banking, General Ledger, Projects, Budgeting.
• Manages security, business processes, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets and communicates status to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with HR to ensure data integrity across finance and HRIS.
• Leads change management during system rollouts and upgrades.
