Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Functional Systems to serve as SME for Workday Financials, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of the ERP to support accurate, scalable financial operations.

The role requires hands-on Workday configuration experience and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, test plans, and documentation, while collaborating with Accounting, AP, Payroll, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT and other

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least five years hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as SME for core Workday finance domains.
• Translate business needs into detailed configuration specifications, functional designs, and testable requirements.
• Lead full testing cycles including test planning, script creation, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
• Support governance processes including change control, release readiness, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, Payroll, Procurement, HR, Finance, Grants, Fixed Assets, Projects, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure system changes support business objectives.
• Identify process inefficiencies across GL, P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, grants, and projects; recommend automation or design improvements.
