Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Functional Systems with deep Workday Financials expertise to lead design, configuration, and optimization of ERP processes. You will drive complex enhancements, guide testing cycles, and partner with business stakeholders to improve end-to-end financial operations.

You will independently design and implement functional solutions, ensuring accurate, scalable processes while managing multiple projects and release cycles in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Five years hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, accounting center, allocation and financial frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for core Workday finance domains and advise on end-to-end processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed configuration specifications, functional designs, and testable requirements.
• Lead configuration of complex business processes, validations, posting rules, and reporting structures.
• Own functional delivery for enhancements, releases, and change requests, including full testing cycles.
• Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Payroll, IT and other teams to ensure system changes meet business objectives.
• Support release readiness activities including testing, documentation, and communication.
