Job summary

Vitalant seeks a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to design, develop, and support Workday applications that empower our teams to work efficiently and securely. You will manage integrations, analytics, and configurations while collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

The role emphasizes end-to-end development, release management, and documentation to ensure scalable, compliant Workday solutions in a remote-friendly setting across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations, ensuring system performance, data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality, streamline processes, and support evolving business requirements.
