Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, developing and supporting Workday applications that empower our teams to work more effectively across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, design solutions, implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure security, data integrity, and compliance, while documenting work and leading integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, especially Workday, with integration architecture and security models.
• Experience with Workday integrations, tools, and development environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality.
