Vitalant seeks a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable our teams to work more effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and document technical details. You will manage Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability, while aligning with Vitalant’s

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, REST & SOAP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations, ensuring system performance, data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality, streamline processes, and support evolving business requirements.
• Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments to ensure solution quality and successful implementation.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, internal procedures, external regulations, and Workday best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and share development best practices with developers, functional analysts, and other team members.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to resolve critical issues promptly and deliver quality customer service.
