Vitalant seeks a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to act as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that empower our teams to work more effectively across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and assess enterprise-wide impacts. The role emphasizes security, governance, and scalable integrations while contributing to Vitalant’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years building Workday integrations with cloud connectors and EIB.
• Deep knowledge of Workday integrations, security models, and development tools.
• Experience with Workday Extend and data security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules and integrations.
• Gather requirements with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions.
• Develop and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve issues to improve reliability.
• Lead process improvements to enhance Workday functionality.
• Plan testing and ensure quality during configurations and deployments.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance policies are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Coordinate with support teams and vendors to resolve issues.
