Job summary

Vitalant seeks a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to develop, enhance, and support Workday applications across the organization. You will work with cross‑functional partners to design solutions, implement improvements, and troubleshoot complex issues to advance Vitalant’s mission.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end Workday development, integrations, testing, and documentation with a focus on security and reliability. Remote work is available across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Deep Workday ERP knowledge including integration architecture and security.
• Experience with software development life cycle and project management.
• Workday developer or integration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and perform testing.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data security and compliance.
• Coordinate with support teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
