Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, designing, implementing, and supporting Workday applications that enable teams to work more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday, including integration architecture and security.
• Experience with integration tools and SDLC principles required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations for performance, data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, and Workday tools.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality and streamline processes.
• Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments to ensure quality.
• Maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, and Workday best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and share development best practices with team members.
