Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable our teams to work more effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and assess enterprise-wide impacts. Responsibilities include managing Workday modules, developing integrations and reports, ensuring data security and compliance, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday, including integration architecture, security models, and advanced development tools.
• Knowledge of automated applications systems, SDLC, and project management principles required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations.
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements for reliability.
• Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure data security compliance.
