Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to design, implement, and support Workday integrations across modules. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and compliant deployments.

The role emphasizes automation, system reliability, and ongoing optimization of Workday workflows and integrations while contributing to Vitalant’s mission and technology strategy. Remote work is available across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building integrations within the Workday ecosystem using cloud connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
• Strong experience with Workday Integration toolset - Studio, EIB document transformation, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI, Report Writer, BIRT, RaaS, XML & XSLT, Web Services, REST & SOAP API.
• Experience developing applications using Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations; ensure performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality and streamline processes.
• Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments.
• Maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, and Workday best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and share development best practices with team members.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and coordinate with internal/external teams.
