Job summary

Vitalant seeks a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable teams to work more effectively.

You will design solutions, implement processes, troubleshoot issues, and document technical details to evolve Workday capabilities in support of Vitalant’s mission. You will manage integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio, ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday, including integration architecture, security models, and advanced development tools.
• Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations, ensuring system performance, data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality, streamline processes, and support evolving business requirements.
• Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments to ensure solution quality and successful implementation.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, internal procedures, external regulations, and Workday best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and share development best practices with developers, functional analysts, and other team members.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to resolve critical issues promptly and deliver quality customer service.
