Job summary

Incline Alchemy, Inc. seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead Workday deployments across HCM, Financials, and Student modules.

You will own project deliverables, manage budgets, and mentor junior managers while partnering with customers to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments. The role requires extensive LE Workday project management experience in higher education and government sectors, strong leadership, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive LE Workday project management experience for Higher Education and State & Local Government.
• Ability to grow capability in State & Local Government space.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment and ability to motivate project team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; effectively manage customer expectations.
• Proficient project financial acumen and budgeting.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student deployments.
• Willingness to travel 40%+.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Workday deployments are properly planned, staffed, and delivered successfully.
• Communicate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure sustainable results.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and escalate project risks to customer teams and stakeholders.
• Develop risk mitigation solutions with input from the project team.
• Mentor and develop less experienced engagement managers.
• Support sales cycles with scoping, estimation, and SOW reviews.
• Demonstrate industry expertise by integrating Workday with third-party systems.
