Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations.
• 3+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar apps.

Responsibilities

• Become a guide in Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
• Lead 3–5 simultaneous project deployments with strong budget control.
• Mentor Professional Services resources and ensure scope adherence.
• Participate in sales cycles to gather requirements and shape proposals.
• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings and client reviews.
• Ensure clients leverage Workday standard methodologies and references.
