Job summary

Workday is seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead 3–5 concurrent deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology. You’ll guide client teams, manage scope and budgets, and collaborate with sales, development, and executive stakeholders across HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of project management in large enterprises, strong consulting experience, and a track record of delivering complex deployments on time. Travel up to 50% is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PM with HCM/Payroll/Financial implementations.
• 3+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• 7+ years PM with HCM/Payroll/Financial implementations.
• 5+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar apps.

Responsibilities

• Become a guide in Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
• Lead the implementation of 3 - 5 simultaneous projects.
• Show strength in the Workday product suite – Financials, HCM, and/or Payroll.
• Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements and propose SOW.
• Provide mentoring to Professional Services resources.
• Ensure projects are planned, staffed and tight management of scope and budget.
• Work with the internal customer project manager to identify/resolve issues.
• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
